Earlier this month, I came across a clothing brand that I was looking forward to trying. I have been looking for more workout clothing, as most of mine have seen better days. It has been a struggle to find clothing that I feel comfortable in, that also holds up during the duration of my workout.
When I came across Just Strong, I saw that they had good reviews, so I was hopeful. My first order arrived last week, and I was pleasantly surprised by how much I liked the clothing.
The Sports Bra I ordered fit perfectly and was comfortable! As a larger-chested woman, this has always been difficult for me to find. Many of the sports Bras that I have tried from other brands felt constricting, itchy, and overall were difficult for me to tolerate. This one has held up during the duration of my routine.
Previously, I have tried other brands, and many of them have irritated my skin. I was pleased when the tank top and pants were breathable and soft. I was able to move around with ease without the pants slowly falling, forcing me to stop and adjust frequently. The shirt was a thinner material than the pants, but still had the silky texture.
Why Just Strong is For Me
One of the reasons I was drawn to this brand was its mission statement. It resonated with me, and what I am trying to work towards with this Blog. Their goal is to motivate women to build their confidence and embrace their own strength.
My purpose is to encourage resilience, discipline, and positive thinking in people striving to improve their lives. Improving oneself physically takes courage and discipline mentally. It can be easy to talk yourself out of exercising or meal prepping, but through repetition, that negative mindset can be fixed!
